For exhausted teachers with fast lives who want to end the week rested and start the new week more energised.
What is Slowdown?
A 45 minute somatic session, via Zoom, held on a Monday evening at 8pm. This relaxation session will support you unwinding so that you have more energy for the week ahead. A space where you will learn practical tools to help support you with stress and help you better understand your nervous system.

After you've tackled the to-do list and the kids are tucked up in bed, join me each Monday at 8:00pm, for a body oriented practice. Slowdown will bring you relaxation so that you can start your new week with a little more peace and a greater sense of control.
