My 1:1 Programme is a space where we will work together through a non-linear framework that will support you in:

  • Having a greater sense of control of your life outside the school gates

  • Strengthening your connectedness to loved ones

  • Having a greater sense of self so that you are able to put your own needs first

During our time together there are 3 pillars that I work across and with:

  1. Body awareness and connection

  2. Resourcing (finding safety and balance)

  3. Nervous System work.

Within each one of these 3 pillars there is an abundance of explorations and practices that we tap into and explore together including: grounding, breath awareness, movement to support you in stressful moments and to decompress following a tough day, exploring your responses to stress, root cause of exhaustion, the somatics of safety, meeting yourself with kindness

8 week block = 8 x 50 minute sessions for £480
